Registration Forms

We've gone online! Please contact your youth pastor for access to both camper and sponsor registration links.

Sponsor's Guidelines

Being a first time sponsor can sometimes feel overwhelming. So we have created a document to help guide you along the process.

All you need to know about being a sponsor at camp.

Sponsor's Guidelines (pdf)

Food Allergy & Special Dietary Needs

If your child has food allergies or special nutritional needs, please:

  • Complete FOOD ALLERGY & SPECIAL DIETARY NEED form (one per person). Fax to: 254-694-4174 or email it to Latham Springs.
  • Contact Dana Behringer, our Food Service Director, 254-694-3689 at least two weeks prior to arriving so we will be able to make arrangements to meet these needs.

Additional Training for Leaders

All adult leaders (18 and over) must view the child protection training videos and complete the leadership screening form as well.

Note: If you viewed the video last summer you do not need to view the video and complete the test again this summer.

Please contact your camp director for a link to access the Child Protection Training

Emergency Action Plan Requirements for Sponsors

It is the responsibility of all adult sponsors to read and become familiar with the Latham Springs Emergency Action Plan (EAP) prior to arrival on campus. Sponsors are also required to watch the EAP training video provided by Latham Springs before attending camp. Sponsors are expected to help enforce all safety procedures and emergency protocols throughout their stay. By understanding and following the EAP, sponsors play an important role in maintaining a safe environment for all campers, guests, and staff.
